How Alerts Work
This agent periodically scans the configured "known" supplier URLs (Bulk Apothecary, Jedwards, etc.).
If a price drops below your Target Price, it will flag the item as a Deal.
If prices surge >10% above baseline, it flags as High (wait to buy).
